We are small online store that sells under-wears, pyjamas and accessories for the entire family. We are one of many Kayser stores across the globe, and we pride ourself in providing the best services because we love what we do and our customers comforts and security matter to us.

Terms And Condition

When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations are made and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms and conditions. You must not make any purchases through this site unless you understand and agree to our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is agreed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. Once purchase has been made you may not cancel the order, if you wish to cancel the order you must request a refund through any available contact channels we have provided. If you have any quarries, please contact us before making any purchases of any items through this website.


We currently send our orders with PostNord. All shipments are send as 1st class and left in your mailbox or at your nearest post office or collection point. Please Email us if you would like another mode of delivery of the goods we have in stock.

Delivery to address other than registered addresses are possible. A excellent solution if you wish to give as gifts to friends or family.

Shipping cost within Sweden are stated at the checkout point when you decide to finalise you purchase. The shipping cost stated is fix regardless of where in Sweden you wish for us to ship your Orders. Orders over 500 SEK are free shipping. If you wish to ship outside of Sweden shipping cost may vary. Orders outside of Sweden can also be made via the contact form on the website Email or telephone.

Orders are usually sent from our warehouse within 3-4 working days and earlier if possible. Of course, We will inform you if your delivery is delayed. So that you will know when your awesome garments will arrive. You can Track your Delivery with the tracking number provided once your shipment is on its way.

Upon purchasing goods on our website, a 14-day right of withdrawal always applies in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. This means that the customer has the right to cancel their purchase by notifying Kayser of this within 14-days of the customer receiving the ordered item. Please note that the right to withdrawal does not apply when products are used, and manufactured notes and seal has been broken.

Please note the customer will stand the cost for return shipping fee.

If you receive a defective product, please notify us at Kayser and return the item in compliance with the above information. Please note that products must returned in the same condition they were sent to you, meaning the product must not be washed, soiled, or damaged etc.


Should you for any reason wish to return your purchase we are readily available as it is important for us at Kayser that as a customer you are satisfied with your purchase. At Kayser you have a 14- day of withdrawal calculated from the time you have received your product. Products returned must be unused and complete with the manufacturer´s notes still attached. Socks are not replaceable unless it is in an unopened and original packaging. Under wares such as panties, boxers and briefs are not replaceable for hygiene purpose. We accept all other returns as long as the goods are returned within 14 -days and arrived to us with the same conditions as upon delivery.

The goods you wish to exchange, or return must be sent to Lindeborgsgatan 124 ,21581 Malmö Sweden; which will be the same address stated on your package upon delivery. We send all packages with a return note that you will paste on the package. Then you will hand in the package to your nearest postal agent. Kayser returns fee/cost (This fee does not apply to exchanges). It is also possible to return free of charge at the above address.

Always use a package approved or provided by PostNord or a package that is secure so that it is not damage during transport. It is advisable to use the package that you received the goods In.

Please remember that you as the sender are responsible for the goods until we receive them.

As soon as we have received your return and confirm that the product is in unused in new condition, your order of the product will be canceled. If you paid by card the corresponding amount is transferred to your bank account. If you have chosen to pay by invoice (i.e. Klarna) the amount of the item will be credited. Any shipping fee will not be refunded. We will contact you via email when we have processed your return.


Exchanges only apply if you want change to another size of already ordered item. In this case Kayser is responsible for shipping. Otherwise you must return the product you do not want and place a new order.

We are careful with our brand and our goal is to offer services and products of the highest quality, should you however have an incorrect delivery of defective item we ask that you contact us as soon as possible.
